TRP Polymer Solutions’ polymer technologists work with clients to develop mechanical seals to meet precise requirements. These mechanical seals often make use of TRP Polymer Solutions’ unique TRPlast perfluoroelastomer FFKM sealing technology, giving them the superior temperature and chemical resistant properties of this material and providing a solution where other rubber materials have failed.

Once a mechanical seal has been designed and prototyped at our UK headquarters it can be manufactured in two ways. At our UK manufacturing facilities or in Taiwan, where we have a long standing partnership that manufactures mechanical seals to our requirements. We are always happy to advise which manufacturing solution would offer greater cost-effectiveness.
